We’re gearing up for the Carpentry Australia Expo, and the team is ready to show you how we’ve been helping tradies get their workshops sorted since 2016.

You’ve probably seen some of the imitations out there, but we are the original inventors of the injection-moulded battery holder revolution, started in 2016. Australian-owned and designed by a former carpenter, 48 Tools was born out of pure frustration.

After spending years on the tools founder Darren couldn’t find a decent way to store the growing number of 18V batteries cluttering his space. So, he made a better solution himself. What started in a small workshop has since grown into a worldwide company, with our products now stocked in stores across the globe.

Our gear isn’t just another product on the shelf. It’s a genuine solution to a problem every Aussie tradie faces. We’ve built our products tough and practical to be a real time-saver on the job. In fact, our gear was put to the ultimate test by the Spanish FN Speed team at the Dakar Rally and by the Patriot Campers race team during the Finke Desert Race in the NT. If our products can handle that, we reckon they’re tough enough for any building site.

At our stand, you’ll be able to get hands-on with a selection from each of our ranges, including our battery holders, tool holders, bit holders, and charger mounts. We’ll be doing live demonstrations so you can see how they click securely into place and feel the difference in our quality.
