Alex Rance is a former professional Australian rules footballer, best known for his elite defensive prowess and inspiring on field leadership. Over a distinguished 200-game career with the Richmond Football Club (2007–2019), Alex achieved remarkable accolades, including: 

- 5× All-Australian (with Captaincy honors in 2017) 

- 6× Best Clubman - Francis Bourke Award (2011, 2013 - 2016, 2019) 

- Premiership Winner (2017) 

- Best and Fairest Winner (2015) 

- Richmond Vice-Captain (2017 – 2019) 

Driven by his passion for leadership and cultural development, Alex launched his own consulting business. He reunited with former Richmond coach Damien Hardwick as a Leadership Consultant for the Gold Coast Suns beginning in 2023. His expertise in team culture and mental performance continues to influence high-performing teams and organizations. 

Alex now serves as the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Loop Logics, a rapidly growing construction management software company specializing in the insurance building sector. His role underscores his commitment to innovation, high performance, and collaboration.
