Madison Ray is the Industry Partnerships Manager for Victoria and Queensland at MEGT, a national Apprentice Connect Provider delivering Australian apprenticeship support services. In her role, Madison builds strategic partnerships with employers, industry bodies and government stakeholders to address workforce challenges through apprenticeships and traineeships. She provides advice on government incentives for both employers and apprentices and promotes MEGT’s wrap-around apprenticeship services including mentoring. Madison is passionate about creating pathways that deliver life-changing, lifelong learning and employment for all.
